- Excellent technical writing skills;
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Operational and Optimization concepts, systems and processes (through not necessary at the technical level), Aircraft to Ground communications (ACARS - Datalink, SATCOM, Gatelink);
- Advanced Computer Knowledge level (Microsoft SQL, Windows Server 2003, 2008, Visual Studio, Internet Information Service, Cluster Management, Remote Desktop Management and Support).
- Project Management skills - Excellent.
